Payment Voucher–to–Cheque Printing Workflow & Payment voucher Printing
Cheque printing feature is not available for Maldives based customer and customization of the Payment vouchers.
TuvisTech, a Zoho Premium Partner, provides services including implementation, customization, business consultation, and AI solutions.
Champa Wholesale is a leading wholesale distribution company in the Maldives, supplying a wide range of consumer goods to retailers, hospitality businesses, and commercial customers across the country. With a strong focus on reliability, efficient supply chain management, and long-term customer relationships, the company plays a key role in supporting local trade and commerce.
The business manages high-volume procurement, inventory, and vendor payments, requiring accurate financial control and streamlined operational processes. As Champa Wholesale grows, it emphasizes adopting modern, scalable systems that improve efficiency while maintaining consistency with established workflows and internal controls.
Champa Wholesale was migrating from a legacy accounting system that supported a detailed payment voucher–to–cheque printing workflow. The legacy system captured rich transaction data in payment vouchers and printed cheques in a familiar, structured format.
During the Zoho Books implementation, several gaps were identified:
- Standard cheque-printing did not align with the existing payment voucher layout.
- Transaction details were not automatically mapped from vouchers to cheques.
- Workflow changes could reduce user adoption and increase errors.
These gaps posed a risk to successful deployment and user acceptance of Zoho Books.
